The Writer's Digest Guide to Literary Agents blog is holding their sixth "Dear Lucky Agent" contest. You have to submit a one-sentence description of your story along with the first 150-200 words. That ain't much, my friends, but if you can catch the agent's attention, you could be one of three entrants that gets their first 10 pages critiqued.
The judge is literary agent Marisa A. Corvisiero from the L. Perkins Agency.
